Never get lost in Central Park

One of the best thing in New York is without any hesitation its majestuous Central Park.

Whenever you go there, you will always be surprised by something: people, a tree, a statue, a scenery, a hidden path, a smell, a song. Here like anywhere in this city everything can happen.

One thing that should not happen is you getting lost in the park. Of course, you will never get lost until the point that no one finds you and you get stabbed in the middle of the night (this occurs only in movies, don't worry) but if you are a dreamer like me, you can end up being in the middle of nowhere without knowing at all where exactly you are.

You have 2 options:
1- ask people around and practice your wonderful English yeah!
2- have a look at the light post! Yes when they say the light will guide you, that's not a joke! Here we go, on most of posts, you will find a metal plate with a number where the 2 first numbers corresponds to the street, herebelow, we are on 72th St! Then on the ones on the outer loop, you will also find a letter E or W which indicates if you are on the East or West side.

And forget your smartphone for a bit, be smart!
